Why you should take this course

This sales training is for everybody who want to get into a sales career and master the art of sales. The course is for fresh graduates, entrepreneurs and managers that want to step up their sales game. You will be equipped with all the necessary tools required in sales today. Most importantly you will learn what not to fear and how to reach the right prospect. Anyone going into a sales career needs to be effective and confident from the start. People often get into sales careers by accident and are not ready to face the challenges, they also lack the training to respond correctly to them. There is a lack of knowledge and practice at the very basic level, like lead research, cold calling, reaching the decision maker and closing. These are all skills that can be polished over time, if they are taught in the right way. In today’s world a lot of sales are being done from “sales centers” where customer facing is not required. Anyone going into a full-time sales career or taking on a heavy sales project will have to go through an inside sales structure and this course can help prepare you and help you progress through the system faster. The course is focusing on interaction and role play with the instructor. Important things to practice are tone of voice, directness and listening. Skills from other categories are also involved in this course, like public speaking, presentation and posture. After this course you can take on any sales challenge and most of all, you know what skills to focus on and how to keep improving them yourself.

Welcome to UBARU sales training. In the first module you will learn how to identify a prospect and how to differentiate different kind of leads. You will learn who is a prospect, who is not and how to approach them. During the course you will practice sales techniques through interactive role play.

The Decision Maker

The most confronting part of every sales person. We start this part of the course different techniques on how to reach the decision maker. Once you fought your way through every gatekeeper you end up at the decision maker, the person you need to speak to. In this chapter you will learn everything about the importance of the decision maker and his attributes. You will also get familiar with how you can recognize the decision maker and learn the art of discovering what his or her incentives are.

The product; what it is all about

If sales doesn't work it is mostly likely your product. having a product that adds tremendous value to your customer, regardless if this is B2B or B2C, is a huge head start in sales. Selling is not forcing or manipulating someone in taking a random product, its molding the story of that product so that it becomes a solution to their problem. Hence, next to knowing your customer, knowing your product inside out is as important. You will also learn about the power of content and presenting features and benefits.

Closing; signed, sealed, delivered

In the last part of the sales training we will go in depth on ABC strategies (Always Be Closing), we will discuss the power of urgency and when to apply pressure. You will learn the best closing techniques and how to handle objection.

Theory is one part, exercise is what is creating a new skill. Practice your new knowledge with real-life case-studies, examples and exercises. Work together in groups, get extra help from the instructor and learn how to apply your new skills in your area of expertise.

Optional network session after the course, talk to your instructor, get to know your classmates and expend your professional network. Enjoy our meet ups, open discussions, and happy hours, in our personal after course sessions.
