We will start with an introduction to social media & how it fits into digital strategies these days. The goal is to give you a good overview on how social media marketing works, why you have to do it, and how its works together with other digital marketing channels. We end the introduction module with going through the biggest social media channels out there; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

Social strategy and brand identity

Learn how to define and measure social business goals. Build a social strategy and brand identity together with the instructor and other attendees. This part of the course is customizable, apply your new knowledge directly on your business objectives. We top it off with conversation management frameworks and how to create tactical content strategies and marketing plans.

Social advertising

Social advertising is all about how to communicate in the right way with the right audience. Learn howto work with paid social advertising and explore all there is to know about social content, from design to best practices in copy-writing.

Selling online

One of the goals of having an active social media campaign is to successfully sell your product online. In the last module you will learn how to create an online store and start selling online. You will explore how to measure success using the right tracking tools and to understand the risk of social media for brands and individuals.
